I am calling this new open box because it appears to have everything in the box, and the striker appears to be brand new. There are very fine scratches and marks the chrome, I believe from being in storage. I did my best to photograph those small spots. I did not use any chrome cleaner or otherwise attempt to improve the look of the chrome. Those spots may or may not polish out with a little attention. I feel like most people would install it and use it as is.
