Hand crafted in Zimbabwe. The hedgehog body is made from recycled oil drums and its quills from old chain link fencing .
We commissioned the artists to make the hedgehogs many years ago as the hedgehog is such a loved mammal and its still a firm favourite with our customers.
Positon indoors or outdoors, the hedgehog looks fabulous where ever its place on full view or peeping out from the borders. Suitable for all round outdoor use, theres no need for this one to go into hibernation.
A lovely piece for a childrens garden too.
These ornaments are not toys. They are heavy and may have sharp pieces of metal.
Your Hedgehog has been coated in a clear lacquer before it leaves us so that it may stay outside all year round. We recommend you re lacquer or clear varnish it annually or when needed to keep it in tip top condition.
