All items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class unless otherwise stated. Although this should normally take 2-4 working days it can sometimes take longer in busy periods. I can claim for lost in transit items after 14 days and at that point I am always happy to issue a full refund.

There are a handful of international destinations that will only accept tracked and signed shipping via Royal Mail as a result of this shipping to certain destinations could be more that stated. If this should happen I shall contact you immediately with the option of paying the actual shipping cost or cancelling your order.

PS if you notice a grey circular mark on any of the Pictures that look like they are on the Disc or Tape please be assured that it is in fact just a reflection of a ceiling light and not a mark on the item itself.
