'Made to Measure' Vertical Blinds complete with Headrail

Once you have ordered based on the upto sizes, if you could then confirm the following

• Width (in mm's)
• Drop (in mm's)
• Colour (See images)
• Brackets (top fix or facefix) 

Recess Size 

This is when you are fitting the blind within a window recess

• The Width (Wall to Wall making sure there is no obstructions like dado rail or tile) - Check the width at the top middle and bottom and give us the shortest of the 3.
• The Drop (Ceiling to Sill) - Again check at the left, middle and right; giving us the shortest of the 3.

We will make the relevant adjustments for you.

Actual Size

This is when the blind ISN'T being fitted into a recess and you have already made the correct adjustments, so you provide us with the actual dead size you need the blind to be 

(The length would be from the top of headrail to the bottom of the slat and the width would be the width of the headrail including any side cog).

Other sizes

You may have the length you require the headrail to be, and also the finished sizes for the slat.  That too is fine, though as long as you let us know. Please make this fully clear in your message to us.

Wand Control

The wand will operate by tilting and turning the slats.  You can also use the wand to push the slats from one end to the other.  So if the wand was on the left while the slats were in place; they will all stack  so the slats with gather to the right.  WE DON'T DO A SPLIT RAIL OPTION IN A WAND UNLESS ASKED FOR.

Cord Control

The Cord is made up of 2 cords.  One to tilt and turn the slats, and the other to pull the slats to one side, or to part in the middle, if the SPLIT option is selected.  If the split option is not selected, the slats will gather to towards one side, being the side of the controls.

Brackets

We supply either top fix or face fix brackets. If not specified in your order we will supply top fix as standard.

Top fix fit into a window recess, FACE FIX fit onto a window frame like an L shaped bracket (commonly used in a conservatory or fitting outside a recess.)

Returns and Deliveries

If there is an issue with the blinds, just get in touch as we will do our best to sort it out for you.

Bare in mind, these blinds are custom made for your size windows and can not be returned because of a change of heart.

Made to measure products are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations, as outlined by Trading Standards and UK Law.

Though if there is an error, caused by ourselves then we would look to rectify it for you.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged. DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY the goods will be returned to us where a replacement can be despatched or a refund issued. 

If the goods are accepted damaged, no replacement or refund will be issued. Also please ensure someone is available at the given delivery address to sign for the goods. Please be clear on these points before ordering.

The FREE delivery applies to main land UK.
