I have an 8 1/2" x 11" blank sheet of white paper autographed by Mara Wilson and Simon Jones. The autographs have been authenticated by Beckett, and it comes with the hologram as shown (Certification BF39934). Beckett no longer offers the certification card, only the hologram sticker with the QR code. This is printed a single piece cardstock paper. It would be ideal for printing the script of "Miracle on 34th Street". The autographed paper in the pictures is the exact one you would receive, in a toploader, from a smoke free home.
