The Palm Spas Spritz hot tub is a 13A “Plug and Play” 6 seater (including 1 lounger) spa. Powered by a 2-speed 2HP pump. With 25 stainless steel massage jets, 3 jet fountain diverters, cup holders, and LED light, the Spritz hot tub is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a luxury hot tub.
This 13A “Plug and Play” hot tub can optionally be hardwired into a 32A electricity supply to allow both the pumps and heater to run simultaneously.

LED Lighting
The Palm Spas Spritz hot tub comes equipped with 1 large LED in the footwell which gives the spa a very modern look but also improves the mental mood of the user.
Ozone Technology
All Palm Spas are equipped with a state of the art no-bypass filtration system and an ozone disinfection system. Better filtration means more joy and longer product life.

Our hot tubs are delivered using fully trained delivery teams who are fully qualified to operate the specialist equipment used to position hot tubs. We use a system called the spa dolly to take your hot tub into position in your garden and place where you require.
Please note they will NOT be able to remove the hot tub from the hot tub cart until it reaches the base. We aim to have your spa delivered to you within a week from purchase. However over the busy summer period there may be a lead time of 2-3 weeks.
On reserving your spa you will be informed of your wait time and should this not meet your expectations we may be able to offer an alternative.

installation

Our professional delivery team will deliver your hot tub in to position. Fill the hot tub up with water, connect the power supply and sanitise your spa. They will explain how the hot tub works and how often to use chemicals.
The hot tub will require a 32amp supply and you will need a length of cable running from your isolation switch to the location of the hot tub for our team to connect your spa. (No cable is provided with your hot tub)
Full installation & Full Electrics

Our Full Electrics package includes the Full Installation above with the addition of a full electrical cable installation from your consumer unit within your properly directly to your hot tub. The electrician is Part P registered and qualified the 17th edition wiring regulations.
Providing RCD protection and local isolation via rotary isolator. Properly specifics can be discussed over the phone. (All we require initially is a photo of your consumer unit)
Collection available from Chesterfield, Derbyshire
If making an order and wish for delivery to an alternative address different to where your card payment / paypal account is registered to then please let us know so we can add this address to your order. That way we are covered for any loses / damages and can make sure your item is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
To place an order and get your delivery slot secured contact us with the item you require for availability, we can then inform you on next deliveries available and get you booked in. We accept all major credit / debit cards (additional charges may apply) We also accept Bank Transfer / Cheques (must be cleared before delivery / collection)
Returns Information
Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must be in original condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely back.
We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellations, less and delivery costs incurred.
Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Warranty
5 year spa shell
(we are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for five years from the original date of purchase.
12 months warranty on electrical components
Electrical equipment components (specifically pumps, heater and control system) are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.
Warranty of other components
The spa cover, light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, step and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery.
All other factory-installed components, including but limited ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone us and will will arrange for the relevant part to be sent to you. Please note, labour is not included and we advise that the fitting of any spare part, electrical or plumbing specific, be done by a trained engineer.
We cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts.
Please note
You are entitled to cancel your order once delivered within 7 working days. But for a refund on the product it must be in original condition. If it is needed to be collected the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
