Apply paint on your PCB.
Spread it on the PCB with covering the transparent mask film.
Expose it under UV light ( or sun ) for a few minutes.
Wash away the extra paint by gasoline or oil base solvent.
Instructions:
Applied to phone or computer repairing, When the PCB line is failure, use the enameled wire to weld the flying wire at first, then apply a layer of green oil. Place it for a few hours under the sunlight. If possible, irradiated for a few minutes under ultraviolet light, the green oil will change and fixed lead-in wire well and effect good insulation!
