SEALED INNER PLASTIC - UNUSED CARTRIDGE

I have no idea if or when this might have expired. There is no date listed on the box, but this was found in the back of a closet during an abandoned office clean out.

The inner plastic bag is sealed and the ribbon appears to be in tact. There is some black ink on the inside of the bag as depicted.
