We are a small computer repair shop with 30 years experience using and repairing computers.

The intention of this listing is to assist you with your immediate issue. To get you running faster and to

resolve your primary complaint  so you can get back to doing what you were doing or want to do.

Because this listing intentions is for immediate problems here is what we offer. We will do a check of your system and perform a clean up

that will in most cases make your machine run faster , we will make all attempts to resolve your immediate issue. We will recommend steps you should take to improve your system. Hardware diagnosis is included but failures cannot be resolved remotely. Sometimes the issue

you are experiencings is more intricate and requires more time, This listing is for 30 minutes. If the session cant resolve the issue within that time period you may purchase additional time with a different listing. You will have to provide your phone number to us to allow communications and set up your session time. Once payment is recieved you will recieve a call within 4 hours when the call is recieved you can elect to start or schedule a better time for the session.

. You will need to be available for telephone commmunications during your session. We only do 10 sessions per day . There is a possibility your system cannot be repaired due to hardware failure and will need to be mailed to us or brought to a local shop. There is no guarentee you problem will be resolved due to multiple variables, rest assured every effort will be made to make your system run smoothly.
