Refund & Exchange Policy:

• All items returned to us require an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our customer support. You can obtain this RMA number by simply messaging us through eBay. 
• All items returned without a valid RMA number will be delayed in processing, or returned back to the sender. 
• We offer our customers a 30 day period/warranty from purchase date to exchange or refund their order, all items eligible must still be in new or unworn/resellable when sold as new condition. 
• Any items returned beyond the 30 day period/warranty will not be accepted.
