What a wonderful figure by Heyde of Germany (Plomb de Nuremberg).

The condition of this large dog figure is very fine.  The paint is in excellent condition for the age.   This is a rare piece made by the German company Heyde around the turn of the last century.  The figure is 4" tall and 5 inches long.  It is lead and is not marked.

These are wonderful figures for collectors of dogs, dachshunds, Swiss, Germany, Switzerland, Austrian Vienna Bronzes, Plomb de Nuremberg,  Britains, miniatures or great sculpture or tobacciana !
