This is a CX-210 Diamond Antenna, A Heavy Duty Coaxial Antenna Wideband 2 Way Coaxial Switch with SO-239 Connectors.  This is from a storage unit so I don’t know much about them other than visual.  Wording is what I found from matching items in other listings.  Review pics to see what you are getting. 

Condition:  I assume it is functional but it is untested.  Has some slight cosmetic edge wearing to it.
