Goldman Fox Elevator Usage:-

Goldman-Fox elevators have thin, sharp blades that are used to cut periodontal ligaments and loosen teeth.

Buser Elevator Usage:-

Used to elevate detach the periosteum (membrane of fibrous connective tissue tightly surrounding bone) from the underlying bone by a pushing action usually applied along the longitudinal axis of the bone.

Freer Elevator Usage:- 

This elevator is best used to perform dissection at the interface between a hard structure and soft tissue. Freer infact used this instrument to dissect nail out of the nail bed and also to strip periosteum from the bone. This instrument is also used in urological surgery.
