The Sliding Focusing Rail can be adjusted in four directions:forward, backward, left and right. It can adjust the camera distance easily (as macro photography has a very short depth of field, the focus can be precise).

The rail can be adjusted 5cm from left to right, and 10cm moving forwards and backwards by turning the knobs.
