Delivery

Parcels leave from Victoria via Auspost

Please allow sufficient time for your order to be sent and delivered by Auspost.

Public Holiday will effect delivery times. Please allow a few extra days.

Lost & Missing Parcels

Unfortunately parcels do go missing with Aupost.

Please contact us if you have concerns with your delivery eg. if your item says delivered and you don’t have it, if your tracking is saying something unusual, or any other general enquiries. We will do our very best to resolve the issue.

Order Address Details

Customers often provide multiple addresses with their order eg PO Box and a street address. Please provide your preferred address with your order. 

Returns:

If your item does not meet your expectations please return to the address provided on our invoice.

Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unopened, not damaged.

Please provide a copy of your invoice with your return for easy reference.

We sell Premium Workwear & Safety equipment at discount prices.

We are unable to cover the cost of returns should you change your mind.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange your size. Please contact us with details of your exchange request.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once the items arrive instore. Please provide your invoice, or EBay with your return.

Warrantee:

Every company has a different warrantee policy. If your product is failing please contact us.

Clearance Items

Our clearance items are all Deleted, Discontinued, Overstocked Items, Items ordered in error. Out of Date & items that have just been hanging around for too long.

These items are sold at below cost – any returns will be at your own cost.

We only have the sizes listed in the description.

These items are all unworn and unused, most have tags attached.

Items might have some light shop soiling or slightly damaged packaging.

All items are carefully inspected prior to being listed and are in perfect usable condition.

On occasion our clearance counts are out. We will be in contact should we not have the Quantity you have ordered.
