Returns
Please note we cannot accept returns for hygiene and health reasons. Our products are placed in a clear, transparent bag with a seal placed over the top, please examine the product carefully before removing the seal. If you have received the wrong product or it is damaged, please contact us within 7 working days and tell us your problem. We will need photographic evidence of the problem before returning. If we believe the seal has been tampered with in any way, or if the product looks to have been used, we will not accept the return and send it back.
