Usage method

Ajona Stomaticum paste should be used like a paste for everyday use, but it is more efficient than everyday paste, so a small amount of paste (about the size of a match head) is enough for brushing. Teeth should be brushed at least twice a day for about 2-3 minutes with a toothbrush and toothpaste, incl. before bedtime and after meals.

After consuming acidic foods or drinks (e.g. fruit, salads, orange juice, etc.), wait about 30 minutes before brushing your teeth to allow enough time for them to remineralise.
