This is single sided polka dot print polyester cotton fabric. Newly cut fabric has a starchy texture to help make pattern cutting and sewing process easier. The starchy feeling comes off after first wash or use. This is good quality fabric and is 50/50 cotton and polyester blend, making it the perfect combination of being strong and long lasting yet comfortable to use at the same time!
