You may see a difference of + or -, but it usually balances out.. I will combine purchases that end within 2 weeks . This will save you money on postage, shipping and handling. All foreign mailings must now use the USPS International First Class Small Packet Rate or the ebay Standard International Delivery. In some case I may use the e Bay Global Shipping Program . *** When the cost of a Item or multiple items together is $15.00 or less and it qualifies for First Class Letter Mail by size and weight I can use it so that it will save you money on postage costs. Sorry, but the only way to protect my more expensive shippments is this way.. This unfortunate action by the USPS has significantly increased the postage charges for foreign locations. I am sorry for this USPS decision that will now affect not only me but also so many of my foreign friends who have made purchases from me in the past by raising the cost of international business dealings. I am a longstanding member of the AMERICAN PHILATELIC SOCIETY. The lots you see on my eBay are genuine and described to the best of my ability. On rare occasions mistakes do happen. I will do my best to correct them and make things right in any way I can. There is a 30 Day return policy for most of my lots. There is no refund of the postage costs unless I made a mistake. Large and Mixed Lots, that due to their nature are impractical or outright impossible to describe in full are offered as NO RETURNS. They are NOT returnable. Also the exception is, If I made a major mistake, wrong lot etc.
