With her two first albums Asa and Beautiful Imperfection, the Nigerian singer Asa gave us jubilant soul-pop with the singles Jailers, Fire On The Mountain and Be My Man which are now classics. Two platinum albums later and more than 300 sold out dates; Asa returns with a third LP that will break your heart.

Lagos, Berlin, the US, London, Paris… she's been writing songs throughout her travels. For the recording, she went to England, Hastings in East Sussex to work with Blair MacKichan, a writer, producer and musician whose credits include award winning hits with artists like Olly Murs, Sia, Lily Allen and Paloma Faith, and Benjamin Constant already credited for her hits Fire On the Mountain and Be My Man.

Après deux premiers albums certifiés platine, Bukola Elemide, dite Aşa revient avec un troisième album, Bed Of Stone, qui vous touchera en plein coeur. Toute la grâce mélodique et tout l’envol tendre qu’on lui connaît depuis toujours, mais avec une précision plus troublante encore. Les chansons de Bed of Stone parlent de bien plus que des sentiments de la chanteuse nigérienne. Elles épousent nos mélancolies, nos rêveries, nos méditations, nos réflexions.

Asa a enregistré son album dans le East Sussex avec Blair MacKichan, compositeur, producteur et musician qui a cosigné des tubes de Olly Murs, Sia, Lily Allen et Paloma Faith. On y retrouve également Benjamin Constant qui avait déjà arrangé ses deux premiers albums.
