All returns will be opened in presence of a postal employee for examination to protect buyers and sellers in the returns process. Any use of the postal service to commit crimes including switching items, returning a different item than you received, returning empty boxes, etc, is postal fraud will be fully investigated by the United States Postal Service, Internet crimes taskforce and your local law enforcement. While we realize a vast majority of buyers are honest people, there are some who are not and ruining it for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and our effort to keep prices affordable. All item must be returned in the same condition and/or packaging received in. If not received in the same condition, only a partial refund will be issued.
