This is a retro vintage red rotary telephone with cord from the 1980s made in GDR (Former Eastern Germany) by VEB Fernmeldewerk Nordhausen which was the sole manufacturer of telephones in GDR. 

Most probably it's not working. In good condition. There are some marks and scratches from use. Definitely a great choice if you like original retro stuff.
