Unusual Lot with these cover being sent from August 15 to September 6 ( 4 of them with the same Navy CDS date) This is Scott Type Stationary Envelope Type UC2 with the additional Overprint REVALUED 5 C P.O. DEPT. These covers could be any of the Scott # UC10 to UC13 depending on the die 2a , 2b ,2c, or 3. The condition ranges from the very fine covers to small faults from transit, opening or storage. I am sorry for this USPS decision that will now affect not only me but also so many of my foreign friends who have made purchases from me in the past by raising the cost of international business dealings. I am a longstanding member of the AMERICAN PHILATELIC SOCIETY. The lots you see on my eBay are genuine and described to the best of my ability. On rare occasions mistakes do happen. I will do my best to correct them and make things right in any way I can. There is a 30 Day return policy for most of my lots. There is no refund of the postage costs unless I made a mistake. Large and Mixed Lots, that due to their nature are impractical or outright impossible to describe in full are offered as NO RETURNS. They are NOT returnable.
