IMPORTANT: produced in 4 sizes for working dog breeds. We will choose the best one up to the measurements of your dog in the order. In case no sizes are given we will send a standard size #3 for a big male GSD, Caucasian Shepherd and similar with the following basket dimensions:

Please size your dog in 6 places for good fit muzzle:
1. Length L1 - Distance from the tip of the nose to eye line in inches
2. Circumference C2 - Circumference around snout one inch below eye line in inches
3. Eye Line E3 - Distance from eye line to right behind the ears in inches
4. Neck Circumference NC4 - Circumference around neck behind ears in inches
5. Width W5 - Snout width in the widest part
6. Height H6 - Snout height, should be measured with mouth a little open

There is an option of Express Mail Service to UK and worldwide for extra fee. It provides detailed tracking of your parcel and takes 3-5 business days (for the UK, for other countries the term may slightly vary).
Depending on your destination we use DPD, FedEx, Royal Mail, EMS, UPS, or USPS services.
Please, do not include weekends, holidays, and customs delay to this period.

2. If we make a mistake (wrong item shipped, damaged item) we will pay shipping cost and will send a replacement free of charge.
