WE ACQUIRED A LARGE LOT OF THESE WHILE THRIFTING, WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE NEW AND HANDMADE, THEY LOOK UNUSED, BUT SINCE WE HAVE NO WAY TO KNOW FOR SURE WE ARE SELLING THEM AS USED. WE SEPARATED THEM BY SIZES, THESE LOOK LIKE ADULT LARGE, I KEPT ONE FOR MYSELF AND TRIED IT ON, I AM ADULT OLDER WOMAN, IT FIT FINE. I DO NOT KNOW HOW BIG A HEAD WILL FIT THESE ARE SOFT AND SEEM VERY STRETCHY.

THEY MEASURE APPROXIMATELY 16" around inside bottom that'd be on your forehead, 12" unrolled. Please remember that these are handmade and may not all measure exactly that size.
