ECUADOR 1959 SUCRE PROOF RARE NGC PF66.

Very rare coin that has been in my collection for many years. Finally starting to let go of some of my gems. I was told very few of these proof coins were minted as trial coins. Only 2 are registered on NGC coin census. Was minted in Switzerland and the amount that were minted is officially unknown.
