man did not think it was possible to buy a used Cessna airplane, or how easy it
would be to fly it too But, after he
took his 1st flight, He was hooked. on the Cessna 172. 12 M
4nd Film; "182 Hand Prop Accident".
Absolutely amazing FAA narrated Safety footage of a young man taking his
girlfriend out for a day flight. When he went to start the plane, the battery
was too low, so, he got out and hand pulled the prop. The problem was that the throttle was set to 2000 RPMS and the
plane started to circle without him in the aircraft. His girlfriend was in total panic and terror as he tried to stop
the plane by holding on to the struts. WOW, a must see. Both lived, but not without
the help of onlookers. About 6 M
