This is the kit you are looking for.  The Microclone TC kit is the most popular, effective, and easy to use tissue culture kit in the world with over 17,000 sold since 2005 and always improving and staying ahead of growers' needs, because we are growers too and the kit is made of the exact same items we use.  Yes, you can do this.  Tissue culture is now a regular tool for growers just like hydroponics and artificial lighting.

This kit features the Tissueponics shortcut we created to make new clean plants fast, putting 2-inch tip cuttings into rooting TC media.  Microclones get fat from the sucrose in the media and the root bumps pop out in only three weeks.  they are then rinsed and planted in plug trays where the roots grow out of the plugs in about ten days, with special attention to hardening.

The Microclone/Tissueponics cycle eliminates pathogens and viroids but outgrowing them and leaving them behind.  And most importantly, making the new plants from the last new plants over and over.  Mother plants bring all the issues and frequent recloning from small pieces leaves those issue behind.  It works like this:

The best 30+% of vigorous veg plants are topped and those pieces put into the culture tubes on Root medium.  Do the same in seven to ten days when the limbs grow out.  Any limbs long enough to cut as clones, from best plants, are taken as clones.  Cultures and clones should equal about 150% of plants needed for that flowering cycle, allowing even more best plant selection.

See illustrations of cycles and work areas.  This is so easy, we culture plants on site, at trade shows, and in our hotel suites when traveling.  Please see videos on the Microclone web site and You Tube page.

How toEliminate Systemic Pathogens Like HLVd Using Microclone Tissue Culture andTesting

The viroid is transmitted mostly by cloning from infectedplants and dirty tools, and some by seeds. The industry’s persistence of using aging mother plants to make newclones and new mother plants, along with using the same snips as techs workacross veg and mom tables, has led to small incidences of viroids in the gardentaking over most of the plants.  Thecleanest operations we have seen cleaned tools between mother plants whencloning and the results could be seen as strains full of HLVd next to strainswithout.  Eliminating all systemicpathogens should be done by the same three method approach.

-Cloning from the smallest piecespossible, miniclones and tissue culturing.

-Using clean tools every singlecut

-Test sampling using CriticalTissue protocol

Thanks for reaching out and wehave the tools to clean plants and keep them that way.  We have puttogether an efficient system called Tissueponics using shortcut tissue cultureto make clean new micro cuttings from your best veg plants and practicing cleantechnique to keep them clean.  First, testing should be done on plantscleaned of other pathogens, visible and hidden, and because Tissueponics usesonly an inch or two from tops and limb tips many tissue cuttings are virus-freeby outgrowing viruses.

Viruses are always chasing thetips so the smaller the tissue taken from the donor plant, the more likelythey are to have outgrown them.  You have likely heard of meristemingwhich is the extreme version but not often needed.

Lastly, the best way to virus testwith absolute certainty is to send in the bottom 3/8" of small cuttings, traditional or micro, and label sample and donor together.  Bottom testinginsures that all tissue above the sample are virus-free, another Tissueponicsexclusive.

Check out the latest videos to seehow its done.  Tissueponics replaces mother plants for growers whoregularly produce veg plants for flower and uses chemo-phenoselection of strongtip cuttings from the best plants to create the best chemo-pheno-types in yourgrow when you need them.

Tissue culture plants grow into tiny mother plants in small bottles on a medium of nutrients, growth regulators, and sugar.  Many plants    are produced from a small tray of bottles under a few watts of lighting.  An ordinary 10” by 20” tray holds fifty exclusive Microclone bottles and produces three or more times the numbers every thirty days.

·       Commercial greenhouse cloning at home

·       Rooted cuttings directly from culture bottles

·       Saves time, saves space, saves money

·       Preserve genetics and strains

·        Also orchids, fruit trees, tropicals, medicinal and carnivorous plants
