DO NOT Use Ebay's Automated Returns or ask us to return an item through Ebay as it counts against our Top Seller Status even after resolving the issue. Units are returnable within 14 days of the date of package delivery. A refund or exchange will be issued to the buyer within 24-48 hours after receiving the original unit. Units bought without matching the Manufacturer's Part Number or bought due to the wrong diagnosis of the vehicle's problem will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to match the Manufacturer’s Part Number of any unit listed with the one on the part in their car. We are not responsible for any fees incurred by mechanic charges paid by the buyer or mechanical errors due to faulty installation. We are not responsible for units bought without first matching the Manufacturer's Part Number, or units bought by mistake. If a Brain Box needs to be flashed and reprogrammed, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange to have it done.
