Some of my parts come in bags of 10s from my supplier so I may not be able to send all parts in original packaging but please be assured that I would not risk my reputation and good record by sending cheap low cost parts for a few extra pence. Its not worth it
No postage times are guaranteed.
I will send all items stated as Other 48hr courier with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Other 24hr courier will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery
Returns.
I do accept returns but like anybody else I would prefer to have none.
If you buy one of my items and you are unsure if it is correct for your vehicle then please send your VIN number beforehand so I can confirm fitment via the Toyota/Lexus diagrams. If this is not followed then you will be eligible for the return cost and I will not refund the shipping cost paid to get the item to you. Why should I pay for your error ?
