VOLUME CONDITION: VERY GOOD

Hardcover bound in red boards with gilt paneled titles to cover and spine. Volume shows moderate rubbing to the extremities - primarily at the spine which shows some fraying and a 1.25" crack to the board - binding IS NOT affected (see photos). Gilt titles remain bold and binding is tight. Save for some universal foxing, the interior is quite clean and bright and is free of marks, tears, and dogears (see photos). Original label of Selfridges, Oxford St, London on front affixed endpaper. Overall, a very SCARCE, handsome and collectable edition.
