All complete vertical blinds are currently being sent in two parts due to the way we are working.

Quality 'Made to Measure' Vertical Blinds complete with Headrail

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF 2400mm.

Once you have ordered based on the upto sizes, if you could then confirm the following

• Width (in mm's)
• Drop (in mm's)
• These sizes are for recess sizes.
• White Cream Light Grey Dark Grey or BLACK (non-blackout)

Recess Size 

This is when you are fitting the blind within a window recess

• The Width (Wall to Wall making sure there is no obstructions like dado rail or tile) - Check the width at the top middle and bottom and give us the shortest of the 3.
• The Drop (Ceiling to Sill) - Again check at the left, middle and right; giving us the shortest of the 3.

We will make the relevant adjustments for you.

Actual Size

This is when the blind ISN'T being fitted into a recess and you have already made the correct adjustments, so you provide us with the actual dead size you need the blind to be 

(The length would be from the top of headrail to the bottom of the slat and the width would be the width of the headrail including any side cog).

Other sizes

You may have the length you require the headrail to be, and also the finished sizes for the slat.  That too is fine, though as long as you let us know.

Wand Control

The wand will operate by tilting and turning the slats.  You can also use the wand to push the slats from one end to the other.  

So if you order WAND LH, the slats will stack on the left so you pull them from left across to the right.

If you order the blinds WAND RH, the slats will stack on the right so you pull them from the right to the left.

 WE DON'T DO A SPLIT RAIL OPTION IN A WAND.

Cord Control

The Cord is made up of 2 cords.  One to tilt and turn the slats, and the other to pull the slats to one side, or to part in the middle, if the SPLIT option is selected.  If the split option is not selected, the slats will gather to towards one side, being the side of the controls.

Returns and Deliveries

If there is an issue with the blinds, just get in touch as we will do our best to sort it out for you.

Bare in mind, these blinds are custom made for your size windows and can not be returned because of a change of heart.

Made to measure products are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations, as outlined by Trading Standards and UK Law.

Though if there is an error, caused by ourselves then we would look to rectify it for you.
