Original Miniature Gouache on Board Painting
BANTAM COCKEREL
by PHYLLIS ARNOLD, RMS, PPUSWA, UWS, HS.

ARTWORK
This is a wonderful framed original Gouache painting which is a highly detailed miniature painting by the renowned and well known artist PHYLLIS ARNOLD.

This is not a limited edition print or an open print, but an original painting by the artist.

The skill and work of a miniature painting is only truly recognised under a magnifying glass, where the exceptional detail can be truly appreciated. This painting features a bantam cockerel / rooster  in the open countryside.

The artwork is signed by the artist to the lower right and fully annotated to the rear.

ARTIST
PHYLLIS ARNOLD is one of the country's leading miniature artists and her work is highly sought after.

Phyllis Arnold (RMS, PPUSWA, UWS, HS) trained as a commercial/graphic artist and has been a professional artist since the late 1960's. She has exhibited with the Royal Society of Miniature Painters since 1976 and, the Hilliard Society since 1985.
