Upon biding is one hockey captain C patch or assistant captain A patch for any team hockey jersey. Available in three sizes men, women or youth.

- Authentic material: 100% tackle twill fabric with thermal permanent-adhesive backing
- Standard layer(s) twill fabric per team's specification.
- Patch can be heat-pressed/ ironed on or sewn on the jersey/garment
- Kit Includes: One patch; Heat-press and iron on application instructions, heat press tissue.
- After your patch is heat-pressed or ironed on, have the kit sewn with a zig-zag pattern to ensure a permanent bond and to prevent frayed edges of the patch.
