Comes complete with mounting bolt, rubber washer, spacer washer and nylon retaining washer, ready to bolt onto your vehicle's factory mounting holes.

These D-Rings are also very useful, not limited to just use for the Promaster.  You can use them on your camper, trailer, Overland builds..etc.  

With the included factory shoulder bolt, even when the bolt is tightened, it still allows the tie down loop to rotate.

The mounting hole on the D-Ring is approximately 15mm (17/32") in diameter.  The bolt is a M8.
