The Mogami 2314 is a super thin cable for making patch cables, wiring up pedalboards or hooking up rack gear! It's much smaller in diameter and much more flexible than the standard Mogami W2319 pedalboard cable and the Mogami W2524 guitar cable, so it fits in the super tight spots between stomp boxes and those notoriously cramped spaces in amp and effects racks. The 2314 is also a great solution for connecting all that unbalanced stage and studio gear (think patch bay cables, -10db effects units, keyboards and old synths)

The Mogami 2314 was designed around the latest batch of ultra low-profile connectors that been showing up on the scene in the past few years, like the SquarePlug SP400 Right Angle and SPS4 Straight Connectors. Here in the shop, we actually use the 2314 with the larger opening SquarePlug SP500 Right Angle and SPS5 Straight connectors and add a length of 1/4" 2:1 Heat Shrink on each end which virtually eliminates any play at the cable opening and adds an extra layer of protection at the solder joints.
