MOGAMI 3080 110W AES/EBU digital audio cable is known for its flexibility, durability, and performance. When paired with top-notch ends like the Neutrik XLR Gold Connectors found in our shop, running pristine signals up to 150 meters / 492 feet is fully possible. These cables are used in tons of digital devices made by manufacturers like Sony, Yamaha, Mackie, Panasonic, TASCAM, Digidesign, Lynx, RME, and more. 

AES/EBU cables might look like ordinary microphone cable, but they are actually very different. Microphone cables are designed to handle analog audio signals, while AES/EBU cables are 110-ohm impedance cables and are used for digital AES/EBU signals and handle a much wider bandwidth. Strict tolerance control of impedance within ±5% up to ±10% guarantees quality, error-free digital data flow between digital-capable devices. AES/EBU is the great alternative to the S/PDIF standard, and the most common AES/EBU physical interconnect are AES balanced 110-ohm twisted pair cabling. AES cables use standard XLR connectors and can carry up to two channels of digital audio between audio devices.

NOTE: Even though AES/EBU cables are designing to carry digital data, they can be used as a Microphone cable in a pinch - but not the other way around.
