Return Policies

• If an item is damaged when received, please contact me first before opening an eBay return case.

• If an item received is not as described please send an image of the item received

• We pay for return shipping in cases were items are not as described or have a defect not mentioned in the listing. I do my best to acknowledge any defect in the listing description.

• If it is stated that an item is not as described, or has a defect and when it is received back it does not have a defect or the defect is new we will open an eBay case for dispute.

Store Policies

Many of our items are vintage, all items are cleaned or disinfected before they are placed in a listing. Ready to wear or play or collect.

We do not inflate shipping costs. All packages are weighed and measured, cost depends on location.

We ship delicate items with extra care so they may arrive in one piece.

We request payment as soon as an item is purchased, however we understand things happen and sometimes you may need more time to pay, please let us know and we will not open an unpaid item case. If we don’t hear from you a case will be opened.

We appreciate all of our customers. Feedback is left as soon as payment is received.

We do our best to ship within 24 hours, also our emails are answered within that time also.
