Single stitch, tubular / circular knit, mounted collar. 50/50 cotton poly blend. Made in the USA

Tag says size Medium 38/40 but it seems much smaller. Measures laying flat:

Pit to pit, waist, and hip: 16.5 inches. Shoulders: 14 inches. Shoulder to hem: 26 inches

No holes in the fabric but nice and thin from age. Small discoloration on the front (pictured). Could possibly be removed with fabric treatment
