Spiraea Snowmound produces a mound of dark green foliage topped with small white flowers from March that resemble, as the name suggests, snow on the top of a mound. These sunning clusters of flowers complimented by the foliage make for an elegant display in any garden. The proud owner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit, Spiraea Snowmound, otherwise known as Tosa Spiraea, is a deciduous shrub that really earns its place in wildlife gardens and cottage planting schemes.

Choose a position in full sun when growing Spiraea Snowmound and plant in any fertile, moist, well-drained soil. For best performance, prune flowered shoots immediately after flowering. Mature specimens can be cut back by a quarter of the old shoots to the base.
