All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship typically within 2 days. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed.
We use USPS & UPS for delivery. Shipments to APO's, FPO's or PO Boxes are via USPS.
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates.

We do not pay for return shipping costs. Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier.
Simply return the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the ITEM HAS NOT BEEN WORN, USED ALTERED and is with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Use any paper or wrapper to wrap the shoe box before shipping.
