This is a very nice sweater. It's heavy in weight and looks and feels like it's high quality. They don't make things now like they used to then. The tag has a WPL number, which dates it between 1941 - 1959. I'm guessing this to be from the 1950's as my step-mother would've been too young to wear it in the 1940's.
Sweater is in fantastic shape for its age, no snags, tears or holes, however, there is some slight pilling. Sweater is made of 100% Acrylic and is machine washable. Sleeves have a 4" cuff. Comes from a clean, smoke free home. Photos are of actual product and are considered part of the description.
The tag states this is a size Medium, but Vintage clothing sizes are different from today's sizes. Make sure you look at the measurements below to see if this will fit you.

Chest: 38" (measured laying flat, pit to pit, 19" and doubled)
Shoulder to Shoulder: 18"
Sleeve Length: 14" (measured from shoulder to end of sleeve)
Back of Neck to Hem: 26"
