You are looking at a 2007 Wizkids Star Wars Pocketmodel TCG (Trading Card Game) General Veers' AT-AT oversized Promotion Model Kit #PP849, NEW, unpunched, unplayed and still in its original package (bag).  This Promo Model Kit is made of sponge-board material and is likely in scale with the other Star Wars Pocketmodel game pieces. That is to say, it is pretty big comparatively. The kit measures approx. 12" x 9"  This kit is fresh, unplayed, and is in NM (Near Mint) condition.
