Operating Instructions:
Lever should be up in a locked position where blade is not visible in the slot.
Place the hat on a flat surface. Place the edge of the brim into brim cutter slot.
Push the lever of the cutter down to a locked position. Hold the hat firmly in
position and rotate cutter counter-clockwise, holding the cutter firmly against
the brim edge. (You may hear a click as you start cutting. This noise is made
by the blade going into place.)
