It's titled the 1955 Studio Sketches Pinup Girl Calendar by artist T.N. Thompson. The January page has taken a beating, it has lots of stains, specks and a fold creases but the other 11 pages are in much better condition but all have a little stain on the left bottom edge. All pages are firmly attached to their binder and no tears. Measures 8 x 11 inches.
