During our working hours, Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm, we aim to respond to any messages within one hour.

  • We ship to mainland UK addresses only.
  • We only ship to the address on PayPal.
  • Orders placed and paid for before 10am are usually dispatched the same day, except for weekends and 
    Bank Holidays.
  • We do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the 
    delivery company used.
  • Items are normally posted using Royal Mail 2nd class which takes 3-5 working days, unless a faster 
    service is paid for.
  • Please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us about an item which has not arrived.
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with our service or products, please contact us before leaving bad 
    feedback and we will do our best to solve any problems.


Exchange of goods and complaint:-

It is our policy to try and ensure that our buyers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and our service. If you not happy or satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund service. The amount you paid will be refunded in full if the following conditions are met:

If a buyer chooses Wrong Colour or Size, you may exchange within 14 days to date which goods were delivered.

 The buyer pays the postage price of exchange & Return.

Item must be returned to us in a new and unused, saleable condition in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact within 14 days of purchase.

Please ensure you enclose your eBay id and reason for return to ensure speedy refund or exchange. Incomplete details will delay the refund process. Refunds will be issued via PayPal. Cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense.

If you find any Manufacturing fault with the item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item - We accept returns provided the buyer contacts us by eBay messages within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Please note that we can only accept returns that follow our returns process.
