About kefir

Our grains

The Kefir grains are grown in non toxic, smoke free, no pet and super clean home. They have been raised in glass containers, washed over cool boiled water and nourished in fresh milk on daily basis.


One teaspoon active milk kefir grains may produce about one cup of kefir over 24 hours as long as you keep it at a comfortable room temperature, and will be growing from small to big.


What you need to raise kefir

For making kefir, you need to use tableware with gentle material (like glass, plastic or wood ) forks or strainer and jar. It is simple and fun to raise with 2% milk.
