Notes:

  • Grandstream phones require firmware 1.0.4.23 or higher
  • Select the APD-80 EHS by going to Menu > Config > Headset Type > Plantronics EHS
  • Use a Plantronics 85638-01 Cable to extend ADP-80 audio input to reach the headset jack on the Grandstream phone.

The Plantronics APD-80 Savi EHS cable is compatible with the Grandstream GXP2124 phone.

The Plantronics APD-80 Electric Hook Switch connects a Savi/CS500 wireless headset to a Grandstream desk phone. Remote answering and call ending capabilities are enabled in addition to a ring alert capability. The APD-80 also eliminates the need for a HL10 handset lifter.
