Item: Ultima Edizione Multi-Gemstone Ring.  Most of their stones are colored zircon or cubic zirconia.  This ring has stones in gold (like a citrine), dark blue (similar to zircon), light blue (similar to topaz), and light green (similar to peridot).  You can look at other rings on their website if you are unfamiliar with this brand, but they make some amazing jewelry
