CUSTOM 1/64 SCALE DIORAMA  COMBO OFFICE (with 1 Person door and small window) /6 GARAGE  3"x7.25"x24" L SHAPED GARAGE PORTION OFFIC SECTION NOT TO EXCEED 11 1/2" This is a custom model so it doesn't exist yet the photos are for reference because it is a similar model with a 6 bay garage instead of 4 and a much smaller office on the left with a person entry door and a smaller window the left section not to exceed 11 1/2" inches in left to right  to fit available space
Listing includes the finished L shaped building small office on the left 6 bay garage right, clear acrylic  roof, while walls, blue trim also includes shipping. There 15-20 day lead time but often ships quicker.


Accessory package available thru drop down menu includes two sets of figures and engraved signs on the buildings in the selection including a custom sign on the office and showroom models.

2-4 week lead time ships Priority Mail or FedEx when built  they are often done earlier email me for more definite info on lead time. Unfinished models are done sooner!

Cars are not included they are just for demo purposes!

General Details:

1-Complete ready to assemble Buildings  with my own designed easy fit corners two mounted on the front and  two on the back wall. Nice easy to assemble system have been using it for years it has been copied by others on ebay.

2-Front  is made of solid wood and MDF all doors can slide up and out to pose as opened all tracks are installed for you. The walls and roof are all wood products MDF good material for you to paint as you wish.

3-Laser cut doors they are more uniform than hand cut items.

4-Get a quality model at a discount put your own touches on it as far as color, decals any other graphics you may want.
